A picturesque and well protected national park,
One could spend a week cruising from one beautiful anchorage to the other.
Several bays are equipped with mooring buoys which are usually occupied.
Apparently the price is the same if you pick up a mooring or anchor: The fee for the park is 50 Kn (€7) per person per day.Howard [ Just Imagine ] 04-Jul-2007
Uvala Magrovica (Anchorage)
Excellent holding in mud with good, all round protection. The bay shoals gently to the north, so you can pick your depth.
There was a general consensus in the anchorage that Taverna Goro offers the best food in the Croatian islands.Howard [ Just Imagine ] 04-Jul-2007
Taverna Goro (Restaurant)
The owner Goran, the chef Valerie and all the staff speak excellant English and make one feel at home.
The food is excellent.
I really enjoyed the rump steak (ramsteak). Howard [ Just Imagine ] 22-Feb-2008
Uvala Mir (Mooring)
State park moorings are included in the park entry fee of 50 Kun per person per day., if you are lucky enough to get one.Howard [ Just Imagine ] 06-Apr-2009
Otherwise, you will need to anchor in Uvala Magrovika at the head of the bay to the north.
A nice protected area.
