Since much of the southern bay is protected for turtles, and anchoring is prohibited, we decided to take a one day boat tour around the island rather than do it with our own boat.
We worked out that the trip cost less than the diesel we would have used to cover the same area.
I think we negotiated a fee of about €23 per person from one of the many street vendors on the Zakinthos waterfront.

Shipwreck Beach (Beach)
The famous, post card beach is probably one of
the most photographed in the world.
The ship was aparently wrecked here in the 80's.
