A lovely rural village where we shopped in the alleyways and tasted a variety of fruit wines.

I found the quince wine the least sweet and most palatable.

Glass Blower (Excursion)

Artemis Restaurant and Winery (Restaurant)

We had an extended session of fruit wine tasting and were introduced to sucuk, a fried turkish sausage, before enjoying a wonderful luncheon in this classic old restaurant overlooking the valleys and mountains of Sirence.

Artemis Winery is famous for its sweet fruit wines. Flavors like peach and strawberry are perfect for sipping while taking in the lovely views of the village. Bottles of wine run around $5
