We have had Akarua for nearly five years now and love her but more room would be nice
she is a sloop built by Bruce Roberts in 1976
We live in queensland Australia
We are fairly new to the cruising life, been living on board for 3 years and sailed from Brisbane to the Whitsundays and back to Maryborough.
The Whitsundays were a great experiance we spent two yeare in Mackay and used it as our base to explore the islands around Mackay and the Whitsunday islands.
Looking forward to sailing north again up to Cairns this time, We're thinking of upgrading to a cat for the extra room and to be more stable at ankor.
