Nara Inlet offers a number of anchorage options and is a popular first or last night stopover. Featured here is information about the Northern most anchorage
Fishing can yield excellent results to the semi-skilled.
At the north end of the inlet there is a walking track to Aboriginal paintings with look outs along the way.
During rain the top of the inlet is alive with the sounds of waterfalls - photos of which are listed below.
Shelter in all weather.
Take the walk up to the Aboriginal site via the landing at the Northern end of the Inlet,
Arrange to be collected by seaplane from Nara Inlet to the outer reef.
Nara is probably the best anchorage in the island group. The Northern anchorage is the most best for protection.
