Customs Dock (Formalities)
I just read in the Triton that Officials at the BVI Customs House in Road Town (and West End) have begun enforcing the rule regarding anchoring within site of the Customs House to check in. On Thursday, two yachts went into the marina first and were each fined $2,500 for not anchoring in view.
