There is a large boat yard/haul out facility across the bay next to the airport.
Looks like a good wintering spot as you can haul out and walk to the airport.
Only problem with wintering in Greece is the cruising tax which is about €147 every 3 months.

There are four secure moorings directly off the haulout slip where you wait for your turn to haul.
One can usually come onto the moorings the night before and drop sails and prepare to haul.
It is also convenient for bending on sails after launching the boat

The automatic gate operated by remote control key provided by the marina office provides good security
One needs to provide a €50 deposit for the key which is refunded when you return the fob.

Flying in and out of Leros (Transport)
There are direct flights to and from Athens several times per week, but it is a small plane, so you need to check schedules and availability and book early.
